Stressed spelled backwards is DESSERTS!

Tko hitro kot je prišlo, tko hitro se je tudi končalo…poletje je pr koncu, dopust pa že od prejšnga tedna. 🙂 Štartal smo uspešno, prvi delovni tedn pa lpo zaključl z družinskim piknikom in zdj je bil z nami tud nov družinski član…pridn čist po tetah 😉 Piknik itk pomen ustvarjanje sladic 🙂 Že neki časa sm razmišlajla, kaj bi delala z slavno novo Linolado kokos…Katja je ugotovila d bi zravn pašal mango, in tko so nastali tropski kozarčki. Osvežilni, sladki, kremasti….:) Ravno pravšnji za konec poletja 🙂 Odlični! Tokrat sve ble v kuhni skupej in ustvarjale zlo pridno in predvsem mirno. 🙂 Preprosto morate jih poskusiti. 🙂

TROPSKI KOZARČKIPOSTOPEK
Sestavine (za 7 kozarčkov):

  • 220g ovsenih piškotov
  • 60g masla
  • 500 g mascarponeja
  • 250ml sladke smetane
  • 4 žlice linolade kokos
  • 2 mangota

Postopek:
Piškote zmeljite in jim primešajte stopljeno maslo. Dobljene drobtine razporedite v kozarčke. Mango olupite, odstranite kost in meso spasirajte s paličnim mešalnikom ali sekljalnikom. Del dobljene mase razporedite v kozarčke. Nato pripravite kremo. Zmešajte mascarpone in linolado kokos. Dodajte še stepeno smetano. Kremo razporedite v kozarčke in na vrh dodajte še preostanek spasiranega mangota. Postavite v hladilnik in ohlajeno postrezite! 🙂

TROPICAL JARS

Ingredients (for 7 jars):

220g oat cookie crumbs
60g butter
500g mascarpone cheese
250ml heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp Linolada kokos (or any other coconut mousse, cream…etc)
2 mangoes

Instructions:

Take the cookie crumbs and mix them well with the melted butter. Put the crumbs in the jars. After that, blend the mangoe flesh with a stick mixer and divide half of it into jars. Make cream by mixing mascarpone cheese, Linolada kokos and whipped cream. Divide the cream into jars and finich them off with the remaining mango mousse. Put the jars in the fridge and serve chilled. 🙂
